I’m Meeting Boston Marathon Winner Meb Keflezighi this Weekend

So excited!

Meb Keflezighi will be in SF this Saturday, October 15 and I will be there too.

Generation UCAN sponsors Meb and is putting on 2 free events in the SF Bay Area this weekend. Check out the details on Meb below and then register for Saturday in SF or Sunday in San Mateo. It’s all FREE and it’s going to be awesome!

UCAN is some amazing stuff for runners, giving energy and quick recovery during and after long, arduous workouts. It works. I’ve used it several times for long runs and just tried a new combo last weekend with coconut milk and unflavored UCAN mixed together. It worked really well and tasted terrific!
