Ready to run your best marathon?

Do you like training with fit, motivated women? Join Coach Stephanie and Go WOW Team for CIM Marathon Training 2016. Train for the California International Marathon in December 2016. Even if this is your FIRST marathon, we want you to train with us.

Training starts on August 1. Join our free call to go over CIM marathon training details*

If you are not already a member please join us soon!  All CIM marathon trainees will receive a customized training packet and have several workouts per week to join for training.

This call is open to all interested women but is not for beginners. You must already be an experienced runner for this marathon training program. Experienced only means that you are committed and already running on a regular basis. It does not mean that you are fast or experienced with marathons. This part of the training is what we will work on together while having fun and making new friends.

Note: Go WOW Team is also open to novice runners (and walkers) but not for this marathon training.

If you want to participate please join us on the call* and email me with your best mile time and most recent half marathon (or 10K) race time.

This training is intermediate

and, to be part of it you must have run 2 half marathons in the past 2 years and already be training to include one long workout per week (over 90 minutes).*
